1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. JK Jili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login information secure. • Do not share your password with anyone, including JK Jili staff — we will never ask for your password.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication features for added security.
• Log out completely after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

JK Jili is required to verify the identity of members as part of our licensing obligations and anti-money laundering compliance. You may be asked to provide the following documents at registration or before processing a withdrawal:

Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before winnings become withdrawable. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in total bets using bonus funds before withdrawal is available.

Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution percentages are listed in the terms of each individual promotion.

Free Bets

Free bet credits awarded through JK Jili promotions are non-withdrawable. Only the winnings derived from free bets are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any applicable wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

Live Betting

Disconnection During Games

7 Prohibited Conduct

12 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your JK Jili account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, JK Jili will process any pending withdrawals of genuine account funds (subject to KYC and wagering requirement compliance) before closing the account.

Suspension or Closure by JK Jili

JK Jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse or multi-accounting
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe

Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. JK Jili may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after 12 months of inactivity, following prior written notice to the registered email address. 13 Amendments to These Terms

JK Jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
